- Free accompanying stay is available limited to 1 dog of 10kg or under. (Aggressive dogs not allowed)
- A deposit of 300,000 won is required upon check-in.
- Dog amenities (bowl set, pee pads, pet stairs, waste bags) are provided as basic items.
- The provided attachment doll is provided once during the stay.
- Rabies vaccination records within 1 year are required at check-in, and if not brought, it is difficult to be accompanied by a dog.
- Please be sure to check the check-in consent form upon check-in.
- When moving inside the hotel, put them in a cage, stroller, or bag, or carry them (dogs are not allowed in the breakfast restaurant and auxiliary facilities)
- Pet strollers can be rented. (Limited quantity available on a first-come, first-served basis, rental and return at the front desk)
 Please put a pee pad inside before use.
- If there is damage or excessive contamination during state check upon returning the pet stroller, A/S costs may be charged.
- You can take a walk on the rooftop on the 21st floor of Building B with Namsan view as the background.

- 체크인 시 보증금 30만원이 발생됩니다.  
- 반려견 어메니티(식기세트/배변패드/침대계단/배변봉투)가 기본 제공됩니다.
- 제공되는 애착인형은 투숙 중 1회 제공됩니다. 
- 체크인 시 1년 이내 광견병 접종 내역서가 필요하며 미지참 시 반려견 동반 투숙이 어렵습니다. 
- 체크인 시 입실 동의서를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다. 
- 호텔 내 이동시 케이지, 유모차, 가방안에 넣거나 안고 이동 (조식당 및 부대시설에 강아지 출입 불가)
- 펫유모차 대여할 수 있습니다. (한정 수량 선착순 이용 가능, 프론트 데스크에서 대여 및 반납) 
 이용 시 배변패드를 넣은 후 이용 부탁 드립니다. 
- 펫유모차 반납 후 상태 확인 시에 파손 및 과도한 오염이 있을 경우 A/S 비용을 청구할 수 있습니다. 
- 남산뷰를 배경으로 B동 21층 루프탑에서 산책이 가능합니다.
