[Notice] Essential information for pet-accompanied stays: Effective January 1, 2024, the pet fee will be increased to ₩50,000. (Available room types: Deluxe Double, Premier Twin)
Ramada Namdaemun only allows small dogs (within 10kg) and they must not carry any infectious diseases.
When staff visits the room for service, the dog must be securely placed inside a crate or kept on a leash for its safety.
Pets are strictly restricted in public areas and must be kept on a leash, carried in arms, or transported in a crate in public areas such as the lobby, corridors, and elevators.
Accompanied pets must never be left alone inside or outside the room. The hotel and its staff are not responsible for accidents or loss of accompanied pets due to the guardian's negligence.
Waste must be cleaned up immediately if eliminated inside or outside the hotel.
Pets that bark excessively or show aggression toward other pets or people may be asked to leave without a refund.
[Notice] . : The guardian is fully responsible for any damage or injury to the hotel caused by the pet, and is also fully responsible for other guests or pets harmed by the pet.
The guardian agrees to indemnify the hotel for any actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including agent/attorney fees and legal costs) arising in connection with the pet's stay at the hotel.
In the event that an accompanied pet causes damage or an accident involving other guests and pets, resolution shall be made between the parties involved, and the hotel and staff cannot be held liable.
Based on 1 pet per room, up to 2 pets are allowed, and a disinfection fee of ₩50,000 per night applies for each pet.
2 pee pads and waste bags per night are provided free of charge upon check-in.
[Notice] . : Please agree to register a guarantee card for pet room usage at check-in. In case of damage to the interior and amenities of the room caused by the pet, the repair cost for the damaged items will be deducted from the deposit. (If costs exceed the deposit amount, additional charges will apply)
Also, in case cleaning or repairs are required due to stains or damage caused by the pet, you agree to any charges determined at the hotel's sole discretion.

[공지사항] 애견 동반 투숙시 필수 확인사항 : 2024년 1월 1일 부로 애견 동반 비용이 50,000원으로 인상 될 예정입니다. (투숙 가능 객실 타입 : 디럭스 더블, 프리미어 트윈)
라마다 남대문은 애완동물 중 소형견(10kg이내)만 허용되며 어떠한 전염병도 가지고 있지 않아야 합니다.
객실 내 직원 방문하여 서비스가 필요할 시, 반려견의 안전을 위하여 반드시 케이지 안 또는 목줄 착용이 되어야 합니다.
반려견은 공공장소에서 엄격하게 제한되며 로비, 복도, 엘리베이터 등의 공공장소에서 목줄 착용 또는 팔에 안긴 상태 또는 케이지로 이동해야 합니다.
객실 내/외부에 동반 반려견을 절대 혼자 두어서는 안 되며, 보호자의 부주의로 인한 사고 및 동반 반려견 분실에 대해서 당 호텔 및 직원은 책임을 지지 않습니다.
호텔 내/외부에서 배변 시 배설물은 바로 치워야 합니다.
다른 반려견 또는 사람에게 심한 짖음과 공격성을 보이는 반려견은 환불 없이 퇴실 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.
[공지사항] . : 보호자는 반려견으로 인한 호텔의 손상 혹은 피해에 대해 전적으로 책임을 지고, 반려견으로 인해 피해를 입은 다른 고객이나 반려견에 대해서도 전적으로 책임을 져야 하며,
호텔에 반려견이 투숙하는 것과 관련하여 발생한 실제 손실, 요구, 피해, 책임, 경비 및 비용(대리인/변호사 수수료 및 소송 비용 포함)에 대하여 호텔 주체를 위해 변상함에 동의합니다.
동반 반려견이 다른 고객과 반려견에게 피해를 주거나 사고가 발생한 경우 당사자 간의 해결을 원칙으로 하고, 당 호텔과 직원에게 책임을 물을 수 없습니다.
객실당 1마리의 반려견 입실을 기준으로 하며, 최대 2마리까지 가능하나 1마리 당 1박에 50,000원의 소독 비용이 발생합니다.
체크인시 배변패드 및 배변봉투는 1박당 2장씩 무상 제공됩니다.
[공지사항] . : 체크인시 반려견 객실 사용을 위해 개런티 카드를 등록하는 것에 동의해주세요. 반려견으로 인한 객실 내부 및 어메니티 훼손 시 보증금에서 훼손된 항목의 금액만큼 차감됩니다. (보증금 금액 이상 발생 시 추가비용이 적용됨)
또한, 반려견으로 인한 얼룩 및 피해로 인한 청소 혹은 보수가 필요한 경우, 호텔의 자유 재량 안에서 결정된 어떤 지불에도 동의 부탁드립니다.
