When bringing a pet, owners are kindly requested to clean up pee pads and waste inside the room.

Animals other than dogs are strictly prohibited from entering.
A laundry fee of ₩50,000 will be charged if bedding is contaminated due to toilet accidents or marking.

Breeds with heavy shedding must inquire in advance
Pets not allowed to enter the swimming pool / Pets allowed to enter the spa
If caught letting a pet enter the swimming pool, an additional fee of ₩100,000 will be charged for reasons such as motor failure
