Even one star is too generous. I was attacked by a cat that was there, resulting in 20 scratches on my dog and 1 on my human leg. I didn't want to ruin my trip so I asked to handle it through insurance, but the owner cursed at me, called me a scammer, and is extremely rude and the worst. Even though my dog got hurt, we didn't receive any compensation, and the police station said that the law just lets animals off and humans weren't seriously injured, so it's difficult to pursue a criminal case either. Customers are the only ones who lose out if you get hurt, so please think carefully.

If there were minus stars, I'd want to give them. It seemed like a couple runs the place, but the male owner is uncommonly unfriendly. As an example, I left my key in room Byeol-daseot and went out, and when the door wouldn't open, I contacted him. He said there was no way, swore, and just walked away. Ha, if it were my usual temperament, I would have called him back, but I held it in. The pension condition was also the worst among the pensions I've visited lately. There wasn't even a single water bowl for pets, and it smelled so bad that we checked out early. I won't go a second time.
