※ Pet rooms allow up to 2 small dogs weighing 7 kg or less per pet. (Default 1 pet / Maximum 2 pets)
※ Default accompaniment is 1 pet. An additional fee of ₩30,000 applies if you wish to bring 1 extra pet / Entry is not allowed if exceeding a maximum of 2 pets.
※ Pets that have not received basic vaccinations are not allowed to stay.
※ Upon check-in, please agree to and sign the pet-related pledge at the front desk.
(Contents include: vaccination within the past 3 months, holding the dog in your arms inside the facility, etc.)
※ Guests accompanying pets must book a pet-room-exclusive guest room.
※ Please observe the following when using the guest room:
- In areas other than the guest room (parking lot, elevators, lobby, and other common areas), please carry your dog in a cage or hold them in your arms.
- Free roaming without a leash, or free roaming with a leash detected inside the facility will result in immediate eviction without a refund, please keep this in mind.
- You must accompany your dog even during brief outings. Leaving your dog unattended in the room will result in forced eviction if detected. (Noise complaints)
- Please wipe your dog's paws upon returning to the room after going out.
- Please dispose of excrement in the toilet and pads in the hygiene pack in the trash can.
- A separate repair fee will be charged if bedding, amenities, or equipment in the room are damaged or soiled.
- Pets are not allowed to enter the fine dining restaurant.

※ 기본 예방접종을 하지 않은 애완동물은 투숙이 불가합니다.
※ 입실 시 프론트에서 애완동물 관련 서약서에 동의, 서명을 부탁드립니다.
(최근 3개월 이내 예방접종을 하였음, 시설내에서는 강아지를 안고 다님 등의 내용)
※ 애완동물을 동반하는 고객님께서는 반드시 펫룸 전용 객실을 예약해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 객실 이용시 다음 부분은 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 객실 이외의 장소(주차장, 엘리베이터, 로비 등 공용공간)에서는 반드시 케이지에 넣거나 안아서 이동해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 시설 내에서 목줄없이 자율보행, 목줄 후 자율보행 적발시 환불없이 즉각 퇴거 조치되니 이점 명심하십시오.
- 잠깐의 외출 시에도 반려견을 동반하여야 하며, 객실 내 반려견만 방치 후 적발 시 강제 퇴실 조치됩니다. (소음 민원 발생)
- 외출 후 객실 입실시 반려견의 발을 닦아주시기 바랍니다.
- 배설물은 변기에 버려주시고 패드는 위생팩에 담아 휴지통에 버려 주시기 바랍니다.
- 객실 내 침구, 비품, 설비 등을 파손 또는 오염 시킨 경우 별도 수리비가 청구됩니다.
- 파인다이닝 레스토랑에는 애견동반 출입이 금지됩니다.
