against actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses and costs (including agent/attorney fees and litigation costs) arising in connection with the dog staying at the hotel.
◈ The hotel is not responsible for accidents such as illness, disappearance, or death of the dog.
◈ For the safety of other guests, the following breeds are restricted from admission:
- Breeds weighing 11 kg or more
- 5 major fighting dogs designated by the domestic Animal Protection Act
(Tosa Inu, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler)
- Breeds classified or recognized as fighting dogs

◈ 타 고객에게 지속적인 불편을 끼치는 경우 환불없이 강제 퇴실조치가 될 수 있습니다.
◈ 반려견으로 인해 피해를 입은 타 고객이나 직원에 대해서도 전적으로 책임을 져야 하며,
호텔에 반려견이 투숙하는 것과 관련하여 발생한 실제 손실, 요구, 피해, 책임, 경비 및 비용
(대리인·변호사 수수료 및 소송 비용 포함)에 대하여 "호텔 주체"를 위해 변상함에
동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
◈ 반려견의 질병, 실종, 사망 등의 사고에 대하여 호텔은 책임지지 않습니다.
◈ 다른 고객의 안전을 위해 아래의 견종은 입장이 제한됩니다.
- 11kg 이상의 견종
- 국내 동물 보호법으로 지정된 5대 맹견
