I booked in a rush, but the room condition was good~ I used the Styler very well, and the washer/dryer, bidet, balcony, induction stove, and a large freezer which accommodations usually don't have, were convenient. Parking was a bit inconvenient because it was a tower, and at night, the night parking manager and front desk staff all leave work. The entire 4th and 5th floors are pet rooms, so I felt at ease, and it's nice that they provide pet-specific stairs, bowls, and cushions

All the staff are friendly. I was surprised that they are pet-friendly and the pet facilities are so well-prepared. Also, the location was good so Seomyeon was close and it was nice to be able to use both subway line 1 and line 2. However, the room cleaning was really terrible. There was a clump of hair in front of the bathroom, the room floor was so dirty I couldn't walk barefoot, the duvet was full of dust, and there were clumps of dust on the induction stove as well. The room I stayed in didn't have stairs, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. I hope there is a squeegee and a mop to remove water in the pet bath room. Except for that, it was okay. I wrote this with the hope that the hotel I stayed at and this booking site will improve. When booking through Petel, there is no dog stay fee and they gave a welcome kit as a gift, making it a good trip. Thank you. From home
