The facilities are so great!!! I've been to many pet pensions, and most are just expensive without being set up for dogs to run around freely and comfortably like this. This place is the best. Thanks to this, I had a great time resting comfortably with my puppy ^^ The swimming pool is spacious, and especially there was no typical pool water smell, and it was clean, which was great. However, since it's a loft structure, going up and down the stairs was tough T_T The slope is steeper than expected haha

I really liked that the 1st and 2nd floors are separated. However, going up and down the stairs a few times makes you feel like you worked out lol. The owner was also very kind, and the pool water temperature wasn't too cold, which was nice. The playground is spacious so it was good for my child to run around, and since it's surrounded by mountains, it was green, healing both my eyes and mind, and I rested well. My husband and I promised to go again and we'll probably go soon ^^

I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the neighboring room chatting until 12:45 AM, and the owner had no intention of intervening, saying what can they do if people are chatting in their rooms when they came to play. People who are sensitive to noise, please don't come ^^
